The BFH (Big F***ing Hitch) isn’t your typical bolt-on receiver — it’s a purpose-built towing system designed specifically for 2023+ Ford Super Duty (F-250 / F-350 / F-450) trucks.

Engineered to work seamlessly with Kelderman air suspension systems (or more boring trucks), the BFH allows you to run a full-size 38” spare tire in the factory spare location — something that’s simply not possible with the stock setup.
