Kelderman now offers a 2-Stage Rear Air Suspension System for the Transit Chassis Cab/Cutaway chassis from Ford. By attaching our unique 2-Stage Rear Air Suspension Framework to the rear leaf spring shackle, we provide additional travel for the leaf springs. These leaf springs were designed with carrying heavy loads as their primary function, but with the addition of a Kelderman 2-Stage Rear Air Suspension, the bumps are absorbed by the air suspension rather than the stiff springs from the factory. By attaching our framework to the rear leaf spring shackle, our suspension provides 3-4″ of additional travel that the chassis did not have before, resulting in a smoother ride.
