Engineered for maximum ground clearance and serious durability, this system features BDS’s innovative No Torsion Bar Drop design, which mounts the torsion bars directly to the top of the lower control arms to eliminate the need for a dropped torsion bar crossmember. Built around BDS’s proven high-clearance suspension design, this system improves ground clearance while maintaining excellent on-road handling and ride quality. Up front, the kit includes heavy-duty torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and rugged skid plates for added strength and protection on the trail. Suspension and steering geometry are corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles to provide confident handling and proper alignment at the new ride height.
