Drivability issues in the 10L1000 Allison are proving to be signs of advanced wear in the valve body pressure regulation bore. The current industry accepted repair is to replace the valve body as an assembly.

These DHD reconditioned valve bodies start off as genuine GM valve body cores and include a series of changes and additions that we have found best improve durability and shift quality. Each valve body is meticulously assembled and tested before shipment.

Our improvements will reduce the likelihood of clutch slip and promote cooler transmission temps which will directly impact longevity. This valve body will last longer than any GM factory replacement valvebody.

In an effort to help control costs, a $1500 core charge has been assigned to this product. Returning your core safely to us is critical to this process. Your core must be returned to us 100% intact. All solenoids must be intact and undamaged to receive core credit. Locating and sourcing good useable cores is getting increasingly difficult.
