Additionally, it won't work with vehicles equipped with rear composite mono-leaf springs; instead, it's designed for those with traditional steel leaf springs featuring square U-bolts. The kit includes boxed steel front/rear cross members and a full-width front skid plate made of 3/16" plate steel. The differential drop brackets are constructed with 1/4-inch boxed plate steel, featuring double gussets and a boxed center rib to handle front differential torsional twisting. The lower strut extension, in a clam-shell style, retains factory struts without requiring rotation and uses TCT lower bushings for a precise pivot point. Tubular upper control arms with TCT pivot bushings add strength to the upper control arm. The rear is lifted with 5" tall fabricated steel rear blocks, an add-a-leaf, and Bilstein 5100 series rear shocks. With extensive engineering and testing, this kit offers an improved ride compared to stock.
