The Flashing & Licensing process will consist of two things, the HP Tuners MVPI2 and 10 Universal Credits.

The HP Tuners MVPI2 requires ten (10) universal credits for licensing the E41 ECM for flashing abilities. Each credit is $49.99 for a total of $499.90.
