DESCRIPTION
WHY CHOOSE WCFAB TO BUILD YOUR ALLISON TRANSMISSION?

All WCFab Built Allison Transmissions are assembled in-house in our climate controlled clean room. With over 10 years combined experience and hundreds of builds in use to date we have been able to tweak and perfect our builds to get the most out of the Allison to withstand the power that we are able to produce with the Duramax.

We offer two types of builds, our standard build being rated at 750 Wheel HP. This build utilizes the factory Input and Output shafts, and the factory P2 Planetary with addition of our Billet Sleeve installed on the factory C2 Hub, along with a Modified P1 Sun gear and Allison Factory Deep Pan. Our second option is the 750+ HP Build which utilizes the same clutches, hydraulic upgrades and OEM replacement parts as our standard 750HP build with the addition of a Suncoast Billet P2 Planetary Modification, TCS Billet Input and Output Shafts, TCS Billet C2 Hub, Modified P1 Sun gear and topped off with a Mag-Hytec Deep Pan and a set of C3 Oiler PTO Covers (Which are also an option on our 750 HP Build as we drill all main cases just in case a customer chose’s to add these covers later down the road).

Our build starts with COMPLETE disassemble of the transmission for inspection of all components. All parts are washed in our Industrial heated high pressure parts wash machine to insure a clean, contaminant free rebuild. When reassembly starts we use a Suncoast G-max Raybestos Clutch Kit, custom tailored to our specifications. 2001-2010 Transmissions are upgraded to OEM LML C3/C4 Clutch apply pistons and return assembles to allow for faster disengagement of these clutches, allowing for quicker, smoother shifts. RatioTek and Trans Go Shift Kit in the valve body and stator to increase clutch holding power, and the pump is freshened to insure reliability at the higher pressures. We strengthen the known weak C2 snout with a custom machined support sleeve and proper P1 Sun gear modifications.

Every build receives New Torrington Bearings, New NSBU/Internal Mode Switch (depending on year), New Pressure Manifold Switch, New Valve Body Wire Harness, and New Valve Body Solenoids. All new gaskets, a fresh Internal Filter with billet lock and a genuine Allison External Filter with new Magnet. Replacing the above components offers you peace of mind, a complete, freshly overhauled transmission, it’s LIKE NEW! Failed electrical components can leave your truck dead on the side of the road, we want 100% Satisfaction with your transmission not just today, but in the years to come! We also use all OEM Allison Components, gaskets, electronics, bearings, bushings, and more! No corners are cut on our built transmissions. Our Build is finally completed with a Semi-Gloss Black Professional Paint Job (Powder coating is available at an additional cost), Powder coated PTO Covers and rounded off with a Genuine Allison Deep Transmission Pan and New Zinc Plated External Hardware package.

Torque Converters are spec’d out based on each individual trucks turbo setup, horsepower goals, or usage. Please call the shop or email us if you need help choosing which converter is best for your application.
